Flast v. Cohen

Дело в Верховном суде США [Supreme Court, U.S.] (1968) о расходовании федеральных средств на педагогические цели в церковных школах [parochial school] по Закону о начальном и среднем образовании [Elementary and Secondary Education Act]. Суд определил, что эти школы не будут получать такую помощь только в том случае, если она оказывается с нарушением правил, установленных данным законом.
